所以我们说的和这些权威机构相反?
并不是 , 我们想表达的是:
首先 , “抗癌”是一个很模糊的概念 , 并不是吃了蔬菜或某种特定食物就一定不会得癌症;
第二 , 某些食物可以降低特定癌症的发生率 , 但是并不意味着它们可以用来替代药物治疗癌症;
第三 , 抛开抗癌作用来说 , 多吃蔬菜(每日至少400克水果和蔬菜)可以获得更多得健康收益 , 但是不主张为了预防癌症花费大量财力来购买所谓“抗癌食物” , 另外长期大量食用单一食物与健康的饮食方式背道而驰 。
所以吃蔬菜或各种水果当然是应该被鼓励的 , 不过切忌以为吃了某些东西就万事大吉了 , 更不要轻信“吃XX治癌症”的传言 。
