The vessel will be now “DS ABILITY” sailing on May/25 here, i/o “FPMC CONTAINER 7” sailing on May/18, because of delay of contract’s conclusion, please reconfirm.2.“Cert. of the place of Origin” will be stated the vessel of “FPMCCONTAINER 7” only, because of quite impossible to accord with the actual vessel since this Cert. usually takes 2 -3 weeks to obtain at each authority respectively of Japan-prefectures which is spread more than 20 prefs.3. ‘Cert. of Sanitary’ is to be issued by our Chamber of Commerce only,please reconfirm4. ‘Quality Guarantee’ is now not to be necessary, and we/supplier won’t issue it5. Your “Ship-back” of our shipment is never to be allowed once we shipout, whatsoever any reason you may have, please reconfirm With all of above matters by your approval only, we will ship it, thank you.

2.”原产地占病证”上将只注明船名“FPMCCONTAINER7"，因为原产地证是由日本政府授权的20多个部门联合审核签发的，通常需要2-协防入化负3周的时间才能办成，所以不可能签注实际船名 。
3.”卫生证明”只有商会签发的，请重新确认 。
4.来自“质量保证书”现已不需要了，我方/供货呀飞守输通从均古女大越人将不再签发 。
5.不论是何原因，一旦发货后，不允许退货 。请重新确认 。
