up可以用作介词
up用作介词的意思是“向…上,向〔在〕…的顶上” 。还可表示“往…的上端,向…的较高处,顺着…向上〔北〕; 往〔在〕…的上游〔发源地〕,在…” 。up常指街道等长度远远超过宽度 。

23. think highly of高度评价，夸耀 & think lightly of轻视
异同之处：think highly of表示“高度评价”，可用speak lightly of代替;think lightly of 可用look down upon来代替 。

24. turn on打开 & turn off关掉
异同之处：turn on和turn off是一对反义短语，后面常跟表示收音机、电视、音响之类的名词或者代词 。
