一、Say的用法Say表示“说(某件事)”，强调说的内容 。例如：
1)"I'm sorry," he said. 他说：“很抱歉” 。
2)He said he would have a meeting this afternoon. 他说他今天下午有会 。
3)How can you say such a thing? 你怎么能说这样的话?
4)What did you say? 你刚才说啥了?
二、Tell的用法Tell表示“告诉(某人某件事)”，通常后面要先跟人，然后再跟某件事，例如：1)Can you tell me how to get to the railway station? 你能告诉我火车站怎么走么?2)Don't tell her what we did. 不要把我们做的事情告诉她 。3)I told him to go home as early as possible. 我告诉他早点回家 。4)He promised me to tell her the truth. 他向我发誓会把真相告诉她 。
